How photo personalisation works

If you choose photo personalisation, we use your child’s photo as a visual reference to create an illustrated character with AI-assisted tools. A designer reviews the result and may make adjustments. You can review the available character preview before proceeding with your selected books. The result is an illustration and may not reproduce every detail of the photo.

Authorised designers and technology providers may access or process the image only as needed for the agreed service. Relevant provider and overseas-processing information is made available before photo processing. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes, retention criteria, sharing and safeguards.

Your permission is for creating and delivering the selected books and necessary support. It does not authorise advertising, public display, sale of the child’s data, facial identification or AI model training. Photo personalisation is optional; choose “Create avatar” if you prefer not to upload a picture.

You can withdraw consent or request deletion at info@qyamalhuda.com.sa. Withdrawal affects future consent-based processing and may prevent completion of photo personalisation. It does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or remove limited legal recordkeeping requirements.

Guardian confirmation

I confirm that I am this child’s parent or legal guardian, or have valid authority from their legal guardian to provide the child’s information and make these choices.

Photo and AI processing consent

I consent, on the child’s behalf, to Qiyam Alhuda Association and its authorised designers and technology providers using the uploaded photo and personalisation details to create an AI-assisted illustrated character and fulfil the selected personalised books, as explained in the Privacy Policy and Child Image and Protection Policy. I understand that I can choose an avatar without a photo and can withdraw this consent.

Consent when creating an avatar

I consent, on the child’s behalf, to the use of the entered name and selected avatar features to create their character and fulfil the selected personalised books, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
