1 : About the service

These terms apply to Protector of the Light, operated by Qiyam Alhuda Association (جمعية قيم الهدى), registration number 889, at Office 205, Al Aqsa Business Centre, Al Rehab District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Contact info@qyamalhuda.com.sa for orders, support, privacy or safeguarding questions.

We offer personalised children’s books inspired by Quranic values. Each book costs SAR 150 and includes both a printed edition and a digital copy. The available titles, recommended ages, languages and personalisation options are shown when ordering. Any shipping charges, applicable taxes or other charges collected by us are shown before payment.

2 : Adult and guardian authority

An adult with legal capacity must manage the order. You must be the parent or legal guardian, or have valid authority from the legal guardian to provide the child’s information and make the required choices. We may verify this proportionately and pause processing where authority is uncertain.

Being a relative, donor, sponsor, teacher or institution does not automatically authorise use of a child’s image. Submit only material you are entitled to use and accurate information needed for the order. Do not upload harmful, intimate or unlawful images, another person’s image without authority, or unnecessary personal information.

3 : Choosing books and creating a character

You can select several books and create one character for those selected stories. Selecting “Add” or viewing a preview does not complete a purchase. You may upload a photo or build an avatar without a photo.

Photo personalisation uses AI-assisted tools and designer review. It creates an illustrated character, so likeness and small details may vary. The story, outfit, poses and underlying artwork remain part of the book design unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please check the child’s name, chosen books, delivery details and available preview before confirming. Contact us if the preview is unsuitable. A preview may not show every page; approval does not waive rights concerning defects, unsafe content or a product materially different from the agreed order.

4 : Payment and order confirmation

Before payment, checkout shows the selected books, included formats, personalisation details, total charges and delivery arrangements. Currency conversion, if offered, is identified at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and provide the order details, subject to successful payment where required.

If we cannot fulfil an order or identify a material pricing error before acceptance, we will explain and provide the appropriate correction or refund. We do not add charges to an accepted order without your agreement.

5 : Worldwide delivery and digital copies

We offer worldwide delivery, normally within 10-15 working days after the order and required personalisation details are confirmed. This is the estimated preparation and delivery period for the printed book. We notify you of a material expected delay. Working days exclude relevant weekends and public holidays.

International deliveries may be affected by customs processing, local restrictions or destination-specific requirements. Any destination conditions and charges known to us are explained before payment; charges collected by us appear in checkout. Mandatory rights relating to non-delivery or qualifying delay remain protected.

You also receive a digital copy through the delivery method communicated with your order. Keep it securely for your own use. Please contact info@qyamalhuda.com.sa if the digital copy cannot be accessed or the printed book arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

6 : Personalised orders and refunds

Because each book is personalised, we do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind or a preference change after the order is confirmed, to the extent permitted by law. Please review the details and preview carefully before placing the order. You may contact us promptly about a mistake, but changes cannot be guaranteed once work has started.

If the book is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to our error, or materially different from the agreed specifications, email info@qyamalhuda.com.sa with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will assess it and provide the correction, replacement or refund required by applicable law.

This policy does not exclude mandatory rights for non-delivery, qualifying delay, failed digital delivery, or any other remedy that cannot legally be restricted. Preview approval does not remove those rights. Refunds due are returned through the original payment method where feasible, with payment-provider timing explained.

7 : Photo permission and intellectual property

You retain your rights in the submitted photo and the child retains their privacy rights. With valid guardian authority and consent, you permit us and authorised providers to use the photo, entered name and selected features only for the agreed personalisation, order fulfilment and necessary support, within the Privacy Policy. This is not a permanent, unrestricted or irrevocable licence.

The stories, characters, underlying illustrations, branding and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Your purchase is for personal and family use. You may not resell or commercially distribute the books or underlying artwork without permission. We do not promise exclusive copyright ownership of every AI-assisted element.

8 : Privacy and resolving concerns

The Privacy Policy, AI Use and Child Photo Consent, and Child Image and Protection Policy describe how personalisation information is handled. Terms acceptance is separate from photo consent or optional marketing. We may pause or reject processing that appears unauthorised, unlawful or harmful to a child, while providing appropriate order options or remedies.

We provide the service with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. AI errors or technical interruptions do not exclude our legal obligations. Please contact info@qyamalhuda.com.sa so we can try to resolve a concern.

These terms are governed by Saudi law, with disputes before the competent Saudi courts, without restricting mandatory protections or complaint routes that apply to you. Changes apply prospectively; a confirmed order remains subject to the terms accepted for it unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change.
